There is no wound healing formulation produced with okra grown in Turkey. Therefore, by using okra grown in our country as a local source, a gel formulation has been developed that is easier to use and less costly than reference ointments in the market. In addition, the gel structure of the developed formulation provides an advantage in terms of ease of use, as it is a factor that increases patient compliance.
