The invention is about a surgical instrument hanger that allows access to the operation area and can be easily moved closer to and removed from the operation area and positioned in the chest area of the patient. With this invention, it is aimed that surgeons will be able to perform the surgery faster, easier and avoid unexpected and unwanted accidents during instrument exchange, with little need for the operating nurse.
