This invention presents a synergistic chemotherapeutic agent for pancreatic cancer, combining alexidine dihydrochloride with sodium pentaborate pentahydrate at doses non-toxic to healthy cells. Preclinical data showed an additional 10% reduction in cancer cell viability versus alexidine dihydrochloride alone. The combination exhibits selective cytotoxicity, a low side-effect profile, and strong tumor-suppressing potential, offering a promising option for therapy-resistant tumors.
